Privacy

This site has no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts on its public pages. Checkout pages are hosted by Stripe and subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

Subscribers

When you subscribe we store your email address; your Stripe customer and subscription ids, plan, status and renewal date; your alert preferences (counties, towns, case types, minimum acreage, keywords or addresses, daily or weekly); a log of which alerts were sent and when; and the page you subscribed from.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details. Email is delivered through Resend, which processes your address and the message to deliver it. We don't use open or click tracking. The site, database and data files run on Cloudflare.

We use this data only to provide the service and handle billing, and we don't sell or share it. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately from the link in any email. To delete your data, cancel and email hello@zoningdocket.com; we delete your record within 30 days. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

Free digest

For the free weekly digest we store your email address, the county you chose, the page you signed up from and when you confirmed. Nothing but the confirmation email is sent until you click its link. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.

People in public records

Meeting agendas name applicants, owners and representatives. When an applicant or owner appears to be a private individual rather than a business, we withhold the name on this site and in alerts, and keep that case page out of search engines. Addresses appear only as printed on the public agenda; property owners can ask us to remove theirs via corrections.
