Plain-language terms for the alert subscription. Please review before relying on them.

The service

Zoning Docket sends alerts about land-use items (rezonings, annexations, PUDs, plats, site plans, variances and similar) on public meeting agendas of governments in Rutherford, Wilson, Maury and Sumner counties, Tennessee, for the counties and filters you choose, with a CSV. Zoning Docket is independent and not affiliated with any government.

The data

Items are taken from public agendas, packets, staff reports and minutes, extracted automatically, and may contain errors or omissions. Agenda items are proposals and requests, not decisions; outcomes are shown only when recorded in the official record. Coverage depends on governments publishing documents and can be delayed or incomplete. We provide the data as-is, without warranty, and it is not legal advice. Check the linked official documents before relying on any item. Don't use the alerts to harass anyone.

Free plan

The free plan sends a weekly digest for one county after you confirm your email address. We may change or end it at any time.

Billing and cancellation

Plans renew monthly at the price shown when you subscribe: $29 per county per month, or $49 per month for all four counties. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can change plans or cancel any time from the billing link on your preferences page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and alerts continue until then. We don't refund partial months except where the law requires. Adding counties mid-month is charged right away, prorated. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change.

Your use

Alerts and CSVs are for you and your organization's internal use. Don't resell or republish them in bulk.
